Punta Cana Airport Transfers begin with an accurate pickup and destination. Enter the full hotel or accommodation name and check its location before choosing your route. Properties with similar names may be in different resort areas, and an address in Uvero Alto is not automatically a destination in La Vacama. If your accommodation is not listed clearly, ask for the route to be confirmed rather than selecting a nearby property as a substitute.
For an airport arrival, provide the flight number and travel date requested by the booking form. Check the arrival details on your airline itinerary and make sure your contact information will be available during the trip. Your confirmation should tell you how to identify the pickup arrangement. Keep it accessible offline, and follow the meeting instructions supplied for your own reservation instead of assuming that every driver meets passengers at the same point.
Choose a vehicle using the total number of passengers and the luggage you will actually carry. Large suitcases, a folding wheelchair, sports equipment or a stroller may need additional space. A vehicle’s passenger capacity alone does not establish whether it can accommodate all your belongings comfortably.
For the return journey, distinguish the hotel pickup time from your flight departure time. Provide the flight details and confirm the collection arrangement with the service team. Check that both directions appear in your reservation if you intend to book a round trip. A one-way arrival transfer does not reserve a later hotel-to-airport journey.

If you change hotels, flights or passenger numbers, contact the provider with your booking reference so the revised request can be assessed.
